"converted mana cost". Multiverse even supports the abbreviation "CMC" to make it that much easier for you :P
Also, if you're going to have a black dwarf that can sacrifice other dwarves, it feels to me like it should be in a fey mood.

The whole 'fey'/'discovery' thing is mostly in flavourtext now. I agree with you, but there's no room on the card, so we'll have to trust the artists.
Art direction: A confused possibly 'sparky' dwarf sacrificing its fellows in a ritual of forbidden knowledge - posisbly absent mindedly or humourously.
I didn't want to play this, but on reconsideration I think it might be fairly good.
Well, he's a "My creature is gonna die anyway, let's benefit for him" guy. Black always has a few of those; but there's a really nice combo with the skeleton who comes back from the graveyard repeatedly...
