Inspired by an answer to 'drawspell' (and probably still undercosted, though it'll usually be 'draw 2')

I also REALLY wish I could cost this at {u}{0}.

This needs to be more than {2}{u}, because that's the standard cost for Sorcery "draw 2" (see Divination, Counsel of the Soratami, Mulldrifter, etc). {u}{u}{u} is fair enough, although that's an unpleasant cost to have at common for limited purposes (most limited decks can't be monocolour).
