Should I change it so he can't block for other players?
I think so, if only to avoid the rules trickiness of what happens if you do it targeting your own attacking creatures. "target creature attacking you" was how Flash Foliage did it.
BTW, I fear the ability is extremely strong. The flow of the card suggests using it on the Spirit token, but it's more likely to be used on your random 4/1s or whatever. Which may be just what you're after, on a 4-mana 2/2 legend, but just letting you know.
I may change it to "target white creature."
I changed his first ability so it's less confusing.
What if I made his second ability "All creatures blocking target creature gain first strike UEOT"? Then it can't be used offensively, though it's much better on the defense. I wanted white in this set to be rather defensive, though.
