This was designed to go in a set with Grave Prankster in a graveyard themed set (yes Innistrad has probably influenced me to create new black cards).

Whoa. Very strong. Compare Palace Siege and Oversold Cemetery. Palace Siege suggests this miight be okay at 4 mana, but it should definitely be rare.
