At what time exactly is that if-condition checked? And what is its purpose?
The 'this turn' in Sanctify doesn't seem to make sense on a permanent. On the turn you play this spell?
The goal is to create a mechanic similar to ascend/city’s blessing. The challenge is that the thing it’s looking for is an event rather than a board state. Advice?
