Given the cost; I'd say this can be the red knight.

And it's already firebreathing; prowess-stacking is LIKE firebreathing. So yes let's do this cycle!

The name puns itself (Was "Dwarven Lute-Knight"); and the flavourtext fits with it so well.

Cycle is Order of Leitbur, (((Dwarven Lute-Knight))) / Order of the Crimson Peaks, (((Vodalian Knights))) / Order of Vodalia, (((Elvish Knight))) / Order of Thelon, Order of the Ebon Hand.

Currently in that order because I am a terrible person. Discussion on Order of Leitbur.

Ooooh crap. I somehow failed to notice that the original is "My tribe breathes fire" rather than just that one card. Need to preserve that ability somewhere.

Shouln't really be here, not just because it breaks the cycle.

Also, this should be renamed "Order of..." to fit the cycle naming convention. What do FE dwarves worship? Oh joy, the official lore is "We dont' even know the name of the dwarven empire" Name them after the place? Sure.
