Flechette has an arbalest! It does things. It never runs out of projectiles.

A man who turns inorganic things into projectiles? Sounds a bit Boshy to me. Make it cheaper because he can't throw himself, though this is what development is for.
So... the white card is the supervillain version and the red card is the superhero version? That's a bit of an unfortunate way round. Even though Worm is all about HeroesAreNotGood and VillainsAreNotEvil, my understanding of the reasons for Flechette defecting to become Foil were that it was basically due to love, where Flechette had been previously fairly motivated by duty.
"Too pushed?" - Nah, this looks fine. Prodigal Pyromancer with bigger stats in exchange for an extra coloured mana. Needs to be uncommon under NWO, but that's fine. I had been thinking it'd be nice if Flechette was able to have some kind of activated ping ability given her Striker categorisation.

Her name change seems a fine opportunity to have multiple cards, just like Defiant and Weaver. Flechette could be white, Foil red. It's a pity she doesn't change her powerset or the way she uses it much when she changes her name, though.
His second ability is similar to Feldon of the Third Path. I put the cost pretty high because, being a green-blue token copy effect, the copies don't go away at end of turn; this matches the price difference between Spitting Image and Heat Shimmer.

I think we've been trying to avoid gold cards in this set wherever possible. But Blasto is both very green and very blue. (He's also incredibly Simic, so much so that I had to try quite hard to resist giving him the Simic watermark.) I came up with this workaround - basically making him a gold card in all but mana cost. But if we do have any gold cards, he'd be a really natural candidate.
I was thinking we could also have an artifact card for one of his vats. Trying to muse what it could do, I realised that it could pretty much be a reprint of Mimic Vat...

It's tempting to make her abilities manipulate equipment. Get them from hand OTB or equip them without paying equip cost, that kind of thing. But actually that doesn't fit well, for two reasons: 1) her weapon isn't really a normal physical gun, and 2) Miss Militia can conjure any standard military weapon, but Equipment cards in this set are likely to be very much non-standard military equipment, Tinker-made rather than regulation!
So this is an attempt to reflect something of her flexibility in armaments.
Hmm. Maybe. Enchantments aren't usually sentient though.
Especially given we seem to have settled on toughness 2 for practically everything!
, remove counter: I'm a 3/3 first-strike now.
And I'm tapped. So I'm not very useful. Not seeing it.
Have another look... :)
Um. Cf Heavy Arbalest. I fear this needs a drawback.
oh yes, I meant to make that change earlier and forgot
Note to the future - there need to be a bunch of future cards that prevent, or redirect, damage for this to be useful as well as flavourful.
Redirect, mainly, I think. Bystanders get crushed more often than people get saved.
Represent the dragon suits as a cycle of artifact creatures.
Dragon itself? An enchantment, probably with some activated ability and also some crusade effect.
Not quite working as it is, mind you - being a tapped 3/3 in exchange for sitting out the previous turn?

Beginning of each upkeep? Don't normally get priority at the beginning of a turn.
An ability somewhat like outlast, to represent her charging up.

Feels like she's missing something compared to the red version. First strike would work quite well for the bladed version of her ability, I think.

See Flechette.
Making that split; and making think half a pinger. Too pushed?
Mmmm. I guess we could look back in time to when she used knives?
