She and Grue have this whole 'nemesis' thing going on, but this seems to be the best match for her powers. The sniper ability is another one; as is fight.
Colour is either green or black - green for the whole "This is the way the world is, big dogs and little dogs" or black for her inability to accept it, in the end: "I won't be the little dog"
But all three abilities I mooted for here are green, so let's go there.
Well, she would - except in most circumstances she can ramp up to "Ok, my turn? Cast Khepri, tap all my creatures, I control all creatures" right away. (You might not want to take that risk of course) It has to be an oddly unbalanced situation where you wouldn't be able to yoink everything.
I get that; this version is more about her power within her sphere of influence. It's quite hard to show that though mechanically. Perhaps something like:
Cumulative upkeep: Put an influence counter on target creature.
You control creatures with influence counters on them.
Riffing on that; I'm tempted to suggest she should be a morph. You're never quite sure which skitter you've got your hands on. And the whole chrysalis concept works lovely.
On the flip side - more words, and it's just getting cute for the sake of getting cute.
Hmmm.. I'd just have:
: Take control of target creature.
Her apothesis isn't of awesome power immediately - it's an exponential increase as she grabs powers that let her power up further, expand her range etc.

V: You may like to note this is an extension of the ability from Sphinx of Jwar Isle.
The ability to lie about the card is amusing. If only there was some way to make it relevant... I guess looking scared or smirking as you see your opponent's next drop?
I'd suggest this is another candidate for a vertical - a simple version for the initial undersiders that has : target creature, and something like this one.
He does show up with a gang/harem near the end (that Imp inherits); but I don't think we get enough details on that to make a third version.
Stupid new wording. I don't see any problem with her powering up hound enchantments if any happen to turn up and have a P/T.
Aanyway. You're right, obviously green - I'm tempted to suggest adding fight to her; with the rider that she has to fight something (a non hound?) every turn.
But that's just getting overlong. And she does get very occasional relaxed moments.
Mmmm... yeah; ok - even his initial "Yeah! Let's rob a bank!" is altruistic. .. MAN discussing worm leads to some odd sentences. But it's really weird to have a shadow power in white!
Nowdays shroud would be hexproof - and that's fine, his darkness power can be worked around by allies who understand it. Shroud is SO a more evocative word for him thuogh.
Are we doing his second trigger in a single card? If so, I'd add "Target creature deals no combat damage this turn"
Oh yeah, he channels emotion in order to turn into a freakin fire breathing dragon. Red red red.
He only grows if his opponent is big enough though; I'm tempted to give him some kind of trinket text for that - but "~ attacks each turn if able" is sufficient, fits him, and is a red ability.
When King ETBs you may search your deck for a card named Shaharazad. If you do, reveal it, and put it into your hand...
Guess we need to think of something else after development stop hitting me.
My suggested colour identity is black - largely because it's worm - but also, he's an amoral a-hole who, while organised, is so only because of the benefits he's found it accrues. While in main-branch he appears to be generous and loyal to his employees, he uses his power to torture them to death for kicks without them ever knowing it!
Anyhow, I'd be tempted to try and tag on some kind of fog effect; but he never actually prevents or avoids the big fights, just changes their outcome slightly.

Not quite; unless they all have haste :) She ramps up the number of creatures she controls exponentially each turn.
Wel,l that second one is just a complicated way of saying "While ~ is in play, you control all creatures"
Which.. yeah, ok, that works too as an 8-mana mythic finisher.
Or maybe:
Creatures you control have "
: put an influence counter on target creature."
You control creatures with influence counters on them.

Yeah, Khepri OP.
Limited it to during combat

Yes, this is great for Tattletale, anyway :)
I think a cycle is probably the right thing to do.
Argh, that's a green ability and a blue ability; on a card that's really just red. (She only does.. anything once she's angry)
Oh wait; Im misremembering. The second ability belongs on the nine that wanted to fight her. Just the first ability, then.
Actually, another (rejected by sanity) idea - sort your deck into two piles; opponent chooses one; shuffle and replace it. Exile the other.

Suggest akihng her a cycle?
Skitter, Thinker 1

Skitter, the Bug Girl
Skitter, Alexandria's Bane
Weaver
Skitter, lord of the bay
and of course; Skitter, Apothesis
Stupid new wording. I don't see any problem with her powering up hound enchantments if any happen to turn up and have a P/T.

Oh, that's wonderful. Completely and utterly ANNOYING. Obnoxiously so!
I'd add reminder that it's not revealed, but that you can talk about it. And you can lie :)

I note that /r/parahumans also provides links to one person's take on cards for a handful of Worm characters.
More generic flying
Oh, I know it's not balanced at all. Feel free to balance things in general; I'm spitballing at things.
I like the generic ABOEC
Hounds!
Oh, yeah. Good point.
