Untap target land is a lot more reasonable. Might even be used in tandem with something like Oran-Rief, the Vastwood (seeing this is a Zendikar set, I'm sure there would be other good options as well.)
Hm, I'm a little concerned about the Rite of Flame mode here. Ritual options on charms make me nervous.
I deleted it because I had too many creatures at common in blue to be appropriate for limited. I had twelve, I deleted three and moved two to uncommon with slight upgrades.
Yay, it's Leap!
Um. What just happened to your Lullmage Apprentice? Did you delete it or move it or something? I was posting a comment on it but the card seems to have gone.
I get that this is meant as a reference to Lullmage Mentor, but I don't think it's close enough. Cards with the name pattern "[Noun]mage [Person]" follow a fairly tight pattern: every card with a particular [Noun] has a related effect. So every Forcemage grants a +N/+N bonus to a creature, every Nullmage destroys artifacts and enchantments, every Voidmage counters spells or abilities, and every Shieldmage prevents damage.
Lullmage Mentor is a little hard to fit into this pattern, because just countering spells is the mark of a Voidmage, not a Lullmage. My best guess is that Lullmages must both counter spells and make tokens.
So anyway, this is a fine common design and I don't think the card needs to change functionally at all. I just don't think it should be called a Lullmage.
