  I wanted to have a haste creature with high power and low toughness and I saw a similar card from lorwyn and made something similar. Also, it synergyses with the blink subtheme

  Kind of a weird champion-like effect to have as an one-off.

  Haste should not be capitalized and with foundation wording updates 'this creature' would be expected.
