Does this really need the attack trigger? This makes blocking more less impossible for your opponent with just one other flyer as you can either ruin a ground defense or just make your fliers unblockable.

The boost should probably be +1/+1 instead of +2/+2, as +2/+2 looks very strong (There simply aren't any commons besides common removal or Flurry of Wings that can deal with a 4/4 and if you have multiple cycling cards in your hand this basically shuts down your opponents entire board easily.)

It should probably cost instead of . This set already has a mono-color theme and red isn't suppose to to receive 2/2's. This card already hjas enough going to be exciting without breaking 'rule' (This would also making the cycling portion more revenant).

Powerful. I wouldn't blink twice to see this at rare. At uncommon it probably won't break anything, but it's a pretty good card.

I like it. It's like free kicker: your spells automatically get better in the late game. I always like it when there's a one-drop creature I can feel happy about casting on turn 1 or on turn 10, such as Typhoid Rats or Hopeful Eidolon. Landcharge looks similar for spells.
