This has the problem - what do you do if the number of Islands you control changes between casting and resolution? The rest of your Landcharge cards don't seem to have this problem - this is the only one whose number of targets depends on the Landcharge bonus.

The annoying answer as on Aether Burst is to template it saying "Islandcharge -- If you control four or more Islands as you cast ~, ..."

Hm, alright. I'll change the formatting. What's your opinion on the Landcharge mechanic in general, by the way?

I like it. It's like free kicker: your spells automatically get better in the late game. I always like it when there's a one-drop creature I can feel happy about casting on turn 1 or on turn 10, such as Typhoid Rats or Hopeful Eidolon. Landcharge looks similar for spells.
