Um? That's quite an upgrade on Manic Vandal. Is this really meant to be a 2/2 for 2 mana?

The two cards (Valkas Vandal and Thune Exonorator) are a little pushed, I must admit, but I don't think they're anything too powerful.

It should probably cost {r}{r} instead of {1}{r}. This set already has a mono-color theme and red isn't suppose to to receive {1}{r} 2/2's. This card already hjas enough going to be exciting without breaking 'rule' (This would also making the cycling portion more revenant).
