with the current plans for this block, i can't make any cards gold, as this is going to be a hybrid block. also, as a member of the Orzhov Zhach's abilities do run on Extort logic as far as his casting cost.
Life gain is though. Make this gold and it's fine.

Wow. That's a really expensive and bad Elvish Visionary. This is more expensive and more unreliable than Merchant of Secrets, which is itself worse in two ways than Sea Gate Oracle.
