Yeah, if this ever gets through, that's game over.

If you really want to make this cost less (and 'less' is probably still more than 4) then make it exile itself, to prevent such easy repeatability.

You have to think of a saboteur ability like that as being comparable to Phage the Untouchable, and price the card accordingly. If they couldn't block it this time, why would next turn be any different?

Uncommon? A repeatable Time Warp should no way be lower than rare, probably mythic. Compare Medomai the Ageless.
