I originally had the waft charge only 1 mana, but I figured that considering it's not necessarily a hard counter (though it usually will be one), and that this set has a lot of control going on, it's a reasonable uncommon.
It's better than that - this can counter two different things; if they're around to cancel.
Still... it's usually going to only be a cancel; and sometimes not even that. So ok, fair enough.
