I would note that this is "better" than both Geist Snatch and Summoner's Bane, both of which are in the color of counterspells. This should be at least four CMC, and should not counter creature spells.
White countering artifact and enchantment spells seems like a reasonable stretch of Disenchant. As it is, I would recommend increasing it to since creatures are ubiquitous. Maybe say "target permanent spell"? Hitting Planeswalkers as well will rarely be relevant, but the card would be more aesthetic.
I would be way more okay with this if it didn't counter creature spells.
Oath of Druids is crazy. This is crazier: turn 1 Forbidden Orchard, then this with a floating for backup, no need to wait for an upkeep. Even if the opponent has a sacrifice outlet, they still can't rid themselves of the token in time to stop you from playing this.
Demonic Consultation is already restricted in Vintage, and this card is much better because you actually get to see what cards get lost before having to name a card (no risk of naming a singleton that gets burned away).
Um. It's a card you can cycle, which has no other effect?
Do decks need a sacrifice outlet that badly?
Tendrils of Agony, without the life gain and more expensive?
The major theme of this set is stack matters. Every color can interact with the stack in some way.
