Hmmm. Not sure messing with the end-game condition like that is sensible. At the very least "If this would cause a draw" rather than fixing every draw condition; otherwise "We're stalled out? And this is the last turn of the stall? I cast this and win with stupid unfairness."
And, um, my opponent casts one too and the world explodes. Probably resolvable, but I have NO idea who has priority during resolution of the game ending.
Nice flavour though. My suggested simplest fix would be "~ deals 3 damage to each player. If this would reduce you to less than 1 life, you have life instead"
Mostly, I kind of figure that the ability on a land that produces colorless is equivalent to what you could put on a one casting cost creature. Hence Akrasan Squire ≈ Cathedral of War.
So, if I was to use that as a baseline, I'd probably say this looks fair. A 1/1 creature that costs two colors to activate to either give a minor boost, or do black's version of Prodigal Pyromancer. Seems legit.
The problem, though, isn't one of power level. It's that it's so hard to remove land, that the ability becomes a complete griefer. I mean, it's fair, but I don't think it's very fun... and it's going to have a very big effect on the metagame, as players avoid playing with X/1s. I don't think one good land is worth 20 X/1 creatures in the set, to be honest.
Well, it's reasonably expensive removal, that isn't really very good. Still, it'd be very irritating to be sat across from; and if they drop a second one on turn 6? Ouchie.
Even at that cost + being a land slot that adds colorless but asks you two different colors? :) I didn't get to develop this one, though, so you may be right. :P
Yiyiyikes! Repeatable removal on a land seems crazy good.

Meant to help
control, but came too late. Tried adding lifelink but it got messy with the last ability. Ultimately replaced with Occultist of Bolas.

It's a more aggresive version of an old design:
3GGG
Creature - Hydra
6/6
If CARDNAME would be destroyed, regenerate it. If it regenerates this way, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it doesn't untap during your next untap step.

The dream play is turn two with the help of a Llanowar Elves, obviously.
Ruling: If this gets Mind Controlled, the effect will still work. And it will, too, end up as a 0/1 with no abilities.

Like. I was just thinking about this problem the other day. Wizards wants to keep pushing its marquee characters, but each time it does, it waters the character down with 'yet another Chandra'. Mixing and matching does a good job of fighting that inertia.
Neat card.
Heee. Shippers on deck! Fan pairings-a-gogo!
This is a pretty awesome card. It's a pity the coloured mana symbols are asymmetric, though, especially since Chandra's had a single-
card where all Jace's cards have been
.
I really don't like making Mindbreak Trap less special if I don't have to.
I'd be tempted to make this "exile target non-creature permanent or spell", but it probably makes more sense as-is.
Makes sense. Green gets Bramblecrush, blue gets Negate. And now I've been reminded again of Tubersquish.
Ooh, interesting. Reminds me of Storm Cauldron, though this has a much clearer flavour.
