I know I haven't been very active here lately and that this isn't explicitly Magic-related, but I've started a short story blog. I post a news story 5-6 days a week. You can check it out here.
That's very kind of you to say, Froggychum. Thank you. :)
And thank you, Tahazzar. I write the day ahead and look over them the day I post them, but it's hard to do good editing for myself at the pace I've set. My husband looks over everything but he's not so great at spotting errors. I really appreciate the corrections and the compliment.
If you have a couple minutes, I would love for you to fill out this questionnaire about how people are making and sharing custom Magic cards, so we can see who we are and what we do in the community! I'll share the results of this survey to anyone interested.
If you create cards just here, and don't use any other apps, that is absolutely fine — I would still love to hear from you!
Do you have a copy of the questions of the survey (from comment 107160)? I cannot read it because it is closed, but I am interested to know what the questions are (and can try to answer it if I know the answer of these questions, too).
Also (I don't know where else to write), I would like to see if someone is interested in my "Ziveruskex and Strixan" set (mirrored as cardset 3249 here), and/or in Magic: the Puzzling, to join my NNTP to discuss these things.
NNTP is short for Network News Transfer Protocol. There are many NNTP client programs, including Pan, Lynx, Thunderbird, bystand, etc. (The domain name of my own NNTP server is zzo38computer.org, and the name of the newsgroup is un2.org.zzo38computer.magic.custom. For puzzles, there is another newsgroup, which is un2.org.zzo38computer.magic.puzzle)
Hey, I just got here, and am trying to work on making a set. The layout and workings of the page are really confusing to me though. I can't seem to generate a set skeleton, and none of my cards show up in the card list. Is there any kind of tutorial resource for getting to know the site?
I saw it and posted a followup on his set, over here. It sounds like he's all set for now :)
Post your comments on Conversation here! If your comments are on a small number of specific cards, they may
be better added to those cards. This is for comments on the set as a
whole.
A conversation cardset is a good idea. Multiverse may not be best at being a forum, but it's nice to have somewhere to continue discussions.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone!
Merry new happy!
Merry winter solstice holiday of your choosing. That is, unless you going full on hipster with me, and celebrate the Feast of Saint Stephen.
"Christmas is too commercial. We like to celebrate a little holiday about the first Christian martyr. You've probably never heard of it. sniff."
If that's the case, then no holiday cheer for you. May I suggest the Roman Holiday of Saturnalia instead?
I didn't know where else to express my excitement, but I felt the need to share it with everyone. I became a Level 1 Judge today! Yay!

I am reading now, and plan to catch up and keep up with it.
Your writing is beautiful, thank you.
@Link:
On "Trapped, Part 1", there were some minor errors, as is to be expected really
As far as the actual content, it seemed good, but I'm no literature critic.
oh, tahazzar, you're such an editor! :D
For free! That's a rate you can't easily beat.

I'll likely close the survey after two weeks.
Thanks!
Some internet celebrity made a video using your research paper :)

Sorry, fishMaster. The site was down for a bit. I bet nobody has seen your comment.
Perhaps if I bump this someone who's here more often will come along and help you out.
