  Given the wording, I assume the damage comes from the equipment and not the equipped creature ? (it's just carrying the rocket?). Reuseable 3 damage, especially from a colourless source is quite powerful. Maybe drop to 2?. Also, is it supposed to represent the launcher or one of the rockets?. Shrapnel Launcher could be this and Shrapnel Rocket a one use version ?????
