Mana empties at the moment attackers are declared, so players can't have unspent mana in their pool when this triggers.

Hee. Fun design.

Suggested wording: ", Sacrifice this land: You lose all unspent mana. Then add for each mana you lost this way." Compare with Oracle text of Mana Short and Verazol, the Split Current.

Suggested wording: ": Change a target of target green spell or ability you don't control to ~." Cf Muck Drubb. You could add the "that targets only a single creature you control" if you like.

Wow. It's Imprisoned in the Moon at 1 mana cheaper, instant speed, and uncommon! And it can't even be undone by enchantment destruction. Okay, it only hits creatures, but... wow.
