In that case the correct wording is "Whenever a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere, ...". If you talk about "creature" without anything else this automatically means "creature permanent".
The "from anywhere" makes certain that it is unambiguous that not only objects that were previously cards are counted, but also permanents and spells that are not referred to as cards before entering the graveyard.
If you want the trigger to also count spells and permanents that aren't represented by cards, you'll have to call them otu individually ("Whenever a token creature dies or a creature card is put into the graveyard from anywhere") or do the reverse ("Whenever a creature dies or a creature card is put into your graveyard from the battlefield").
I don't recall the token density of this set, but usually you would choose the wording that doesn't synergize with tokens and is simpler.
Whoops, I was debating between whether this would only pump itself or your whole field and decided it to be the whole field. I didn't doublecheck my work though.
This card is supposed to be supported with the Salvage mechanic, so creatures would be entering your graveyard from the library, hence my choice of wording.
You appropriately overcost this stalling-themed card, but the question is whether you really want the card in the set at all. First strike while blocking creates a far less desirable incentive than first strike while attacking.
For consistency's sake I'd suggest it be the same for all of them - and one of the other optional examples was red as well, so that's apparently not the reason.
I'd also argue that a six mana 6/3 doesn't become a better design having that drawback. Six mana is already somewhere you don't expect to get just by reaching turn six.
Consider how far the effect swings around between destroying an opponent's land and your own. The effect is already weirdly placed on a marty trigger since getting the LD once you need it is already delayed to the point when your creature dies.
This card is not very interesting. Unappealing rewards and potentially limited control over what you are getting.
If the card was a modal "Choose one", it still wouldn't be an appealing card.
This also doesn't send a message towards a theme - do you want to find a land or not? It's not like one of the outcomes is preferable enough to drive deck building.
Different cards with the same type of effect are permanents and give you multiple attempts. I think, this effect can work better with some kind of recursion or repetition effect e. g. buyback or at least rebound - if you insist on the instant.
Crew cost/power too low?
Not sure if this works as is. Also not sure how to cost because it can be Anger of the Gods edith Lightning Bolt.
Honestly, I was just thinking about the character in my head and wanted a white spell to associate with their name.
Edited to correct wording for the effect I want.

The card was designed to support Armistice, so yes. I don't see the issue with stalling strategies.

Needs reminder text to explain Wastelands.

You mix plural and singular here - does this pump all creatures or one creature you control?
I'd suggest using "Whenever a creature dies"
Lorewise, this card represents Rukat's comrades he sacrificed in order to defeat Yarrick.
No. Should it be? Red does seem to be the color where I'd expect backfires to happen.
