I really like the vision for the set you present with the first dozen of cards.

Your renown designs are interesting and natural directions to take the mechanic into (I especially like Infamous Butcher, but Flamespeaker Prodigy and Oreskos Dutiful look good as well).

Sagas (though up until now only mentioned rather than shown) are a perfect fit into the enchantment theme, but also into the setting of instant mythification and voyage is certainly an intersting setting-appropriately named mechanic to test out.

I feel evoke will have to prove itself - on global enchantments it competes with Sagas for design space.

Renown is supposed to be the heroic analogue for this set, represented in . It allows me to play with tropes related to heroics without requiring so much support as heroic did. characters represent fame; , infamy.

An enchantress effect will probably pop up in to complement it.

I'm pretty sure inherit as worded will exile the card when it dies as a creature.

That's correct. The inherited card would fall off due to having no enchanted permanents on the battlefield, and is exiled as a replacement effect.
