Yes to goes infinite, no to same as ETB tapped. The going infinite potential is intentional here. The moss counter actually prevents the Leystones from getting untapped and used right away.
I could modify it to non-creature artifacts to bring it back under the threshhold of your examples.
I thought the exact same thing about the “vigorousness” of the mode, but each of the other winds does some degree of destruction/denial, so it seemed like symmetry demanded one here. I’m open to suggestions.
That last one by itself looks intense next to Creeping Corrosion and Shatterstorm. Maybe "Each opponent sacrifices an artifact."? Also the least "vigorous" mode.

This just goes infinite with a mana rock anyway. The moss counter is just a confusing way of saying "ETBs tapped"
The tapping is actually relevant, as effects that could tap it down before the moss counter comes off would be able to shut it down.
