My first custom set(therefore not that great), very Japanese fantasy-like, parts inspired by the Kamigawa block and by Studio Ghibli

Look at the top ten cards of your library. Put all creature cards from among them onto the battlefield under your control. Each creature put onto the battlefield this way fights a creature an opponent controls. Sacrifice all creatures put onto the battlefield this way at the end of turn.

ok
If Pirates are Jund colors (which include black), then there is nothing speaking against changing the mana cost of this to

.
Considering this is a common flier, this card does not fit in with other green cards, so the current cost of

is questionable.
These card's abilities though would fit onto a black card nicely - both flying and wither are definitely black abilities.
So changing the cost from

to

seems like the quick fix to move the card into a color more appropriate for its abilities.
It has flying.
It has wither.
It is green.
One of those things is not like the others.
I don't really understand what you're trying to say
Jund is black-red-green, so what exactly speaks against black, then?
nah the pirates of ashiraat are in jund colours
This would make more sense if its mana cost were

...
I will take away the tapping effect so that you can also attack, but with this card I was thinking that Pirates and Goblins both love treasure, so Shik Shak, Goblin Plunderer would combine both loves for treasure.
I changed the card so that you now discard as you draw.
Thank you for the advice, I have changed a few things based on what you said. Card is now mythic, no flashback, 8 cmc, and only counts the instants and sorceries cast next turn
