Did you just make the card a lot cheaper? This is insane at the current cost and I'm sure I would have noted that in my previous comment.
I'm super confused.
Armies can be described really well with cards that have variable size, synergize with multiple creatures or bring buddies e. g. in the form of tokens.
If you made this e. g. a 3/3 that comes with four 1/1 tokens (this set has 1/1 white Soldier tokens IIRC) you spread the same power/toughness over multiple creatures and move from a feel of "one big creature" to "multiple creatures working together".
Then depending on what Qurod actually means within the story you could give this an ability that marks the difference between this specific army and a generic army e. g. "asserting dominance" could be realized as an oppressive ability like we see on Opposition - though this is white and brings its own tokens you probably want to rebalance the cost e. g. "Tap three untapped creatures you control: Tap target creature."
As mentioned above variants of Kithkin Rabble work also fine for creatures (once again bringing its own tokens would help).
