Because the tokens are enchantments themselves, the back goes infinite with itself. Perhaps "Whenever a nontoken enchantment enters the battlefield"?
Super bad. Compare to Lone Missionary. Make it a 2/2?
EDIT: Better comparison is likely Arashin Cleric.
This looks like it could easily be a common IMO. Pristine Talisman was a common for example.
Currently a functional reprint of Bond Beetle, FYI (excluding creature type).
Is it not counterproductive to give "+2/+2 and skulk"?
You could always just state outright the skulk ability rather than "call it" by name. There's currently just 2 common cards and 1 uncommon card with skulk in this set. In the 1 mythic card it doesn't seem necessary.
Also, this does indeed seem very pushed -> compare to Farbog Revenant (common) and Vampire Cutthroat (uncommon). I would say this is uncommon caliber.
"Fatal Incident" would sound better in my ear.
Also, Disfigure exists though having strictly worse cards is not a crime despite what some may tell you.
Balance Notes: If fateseal 1 plus a card is worth
(similar to Peek), then this should be alright.

to
for balance.
Balance Notes: This is strictly better than Drag Under in two ways.
Balance Notes: This seems comparable to Cloaked Siren, losing 1 power for scry and enchantment synergy.
Balance Notes: It's Artificer's Epiphany for a weaker type, so it's fine. Changing templating to match Epiphany.
Balance Note: Reprint.
Balance Notes: Slight upgrades on Cancel should be fine, this seems noticeably weaker than Void Shatter at uncommon.
Balance Notes: This is a niche hate card, so it will never break a format, but it's good at beating a specific limited deck, so it's fine.
Balance Notes: This is only a slight upgrade from a french vanilla 1/1 flyer, which seems fine.
Balance Notes: This seems to be about an average common even without bestow, but that's not unusual— Nimbus Naiad was as well, so this should be fine.

2/3 to

3/3 for balance.
Balance Notes: Each player draws a card is pretty minor, as it's weaker than a cantrip, but it's still better than a vanilla. Still, it might be a bit weak.
Balance Notes: There's a lack of significant precedent for fateseal, but I'm going to suggest that fateseal 1 plus a card should be costed similarly to Peek— that is, a spell for
that fateseals 1 and draws a card should be fine at common (although too much fateseal at common could be bad). This seems to be somewhere around that level of power, so it should be alright.
1/1 to 1/2 to make this a strong, non archetype-specific common.
2/2 to 1/1 for balance.
Balance Notes: This seems to be about on par with Tideforce Elemental, an uncommon, and a pretty good one at that. It should be downsized a bit.
Balance Notes: This is fine, but unexciting. About half of
1/3's at common end up vanilla, so this could be better but it isn't awful.
