Balance Notes: There's a lack of significant precedent for fateseal, but I'm going to suggest that fateseal 1 plus a card should be costed similarly to Peek— that is, a spell for {u} that fateseals 1 and draws a card should be fine at common (although too much fateseal at common could be bad). This seems to be somewhere around that level of power, so it should be alright.
