there was a reason fateseal was discontinued in MTG, and that's because it's 1) much stronger than it seems at first glance, and 2) very feel bad to play against. in small quantities or mythics it should be good, but repeatable and multiple effects in common are bad. I may be wrong, but please keep an eye out when you playtest these.

Balance Notes: If fateseal 1 plus a card is worth {u} (similar to Peek), then this should be alright.
