It's like they just upgraded Quicksilver Amulet in all the ways.
It's a little too reminiscent of Planar Bridge. I certainly can imagine what this thing is doing.
This is a planar portal, I couldn't think of anything better to do with it :P

Your most recent change made the card a worse design. It was a fine execution of the idea before and now it is two executions and testament of the card's creator's inability to just choose one and keep it.
You have a big splashy effect. Why ruin it by writing the same effect but slightly different next to it and act like it's a choice between two options? You just force the audience to read the same option twice.
How would I fix this? I thought the first one was too similar to the Bridge. If you'd like I can make it a reusable Wish ability and take out the copycat ability?
