Wow. This is quite a lot better than Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree. In fact, I fear this is way too good. It's like Centaur Glade that doesn't use up a spell slot.

It's also Rare and can't be used in the turn it comes into play, as opposed to Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree. And compared to Centaur Glade, it can only be used once per turn. Might be a bomb in Limited, but dunno how useful it'll actually be in constructed.
