Random Generator gave me Aurora Eidolon and Yawgmoth's Bargain. I think I might have fixed how crazy good the Bargain is by adding and sac to the enchantment. Bargain is absurd. It comes from a time period where a standard Magic philosophy was "If it costs more than 4, it should win you the game outright". The high costed cards just weren't worth the mana investment. Urza's Saga sure blew that philosophy out of the water...
Originally, this card had this line of text:
, Sacrifice ~: Until end of turn, you gain an emblem that reads "Lose 1 life: Draw a card."
I really dig the idea of emblems that last until end of turn, and think there's a lot of cards that could use it... especially instants and sorceries. It seems wasted here, though, since there are a number of ways to express the same thing on this card, so I pulled it.
Hmm, it casts Skeletal Scrying. I like the return of the Eidolons though, although the way you're avoiding multicolour cards in this set does mean it's a lot less likely to come up than it was in Dissension.
Agreed. I may have to change the trigger later on, since, right now, it would be hard to trigger the thing. It's the most obvious trigger, though, and I'm far from compiling my list, so this change will have to wait.
