Why not just: "Target non-land permanent becomes a copy of ~ under your control"?
Having multiple of these is bonkers though; they all have a copy of every other mutant, including everything they already copied. Any kind of culmulative ability goes nuts.
This level of insane lord ability really wants to be a mythic legend. Of course, it then also needs imunity from its own legend rule. Gah.
Trying to experiment with something along those lines, yeah. I’m not satisfied with it at the moment either, but I’m having a lot of trouble figuring out ways to keep it fairly costed at rare, without being legendary. Thoughts?
If you're going to have multiplicatively explosive clone-stealing; you're going to be mythically legendary.
If you just want to turn things into 1/3 oozes, that could be plain-rare.
Take two. Keeps the flavor I’m going for the same, but shouldn’t be as ridiculous, in theory.
