I'm not sure about the numbers.

Seems weird that the card is called a womb, but nothing is being birthed from it. Not only does it sound like a location, but the flavor doesn't seem to line up.

Also "exile cards equal to its power" is pretty irrelevant when it's only on an ETB trigger. "Exile the top six" would function exactly the same 95% of the time. If you want a weird, recurrable threat with a relevant drawback, maybe:

>You may cast ~ from exile.

>When ~ becomes the target of a spell or ability, exile cards from the library equal to twice its power, put a +1/+1 counter on it, then exile it.

>Counters remain on ~ as it moves to exile or the battlefield.
