Presumably is meant to be an enchantment? Seems kinda cheap, for a Crusade with an arguable upside.

Sure, you can build your deck for this to be an upside, but by itself it's a drawback: you cannot play Hymn of the Sun as your only enchantment.

That's the whole point behind gating. Compare Stonecloaker with Aven Mindcensor or Hollowhenge Spirit.
