yes thats more blue cool idea: maybe have it say ": untap target snow permanent" FLAVOR WIN but its your card, do what you want :D

Well, this is still blue ramp and should cost a bit more. Also as an atypical ability this probably shouldn't be a common.

alternatively this could be vanilla. Doesn't even need to fly. We all know a (sometimes) polar bird that doesn't.

I always forget Kiora's Follower is uncommon, I'm sad blue cannot get any untap land/permanent stuff (although the latter makes more sense to me ) at common, it feels like a really blue ability, and something simple enough for common. I suppose it has too much utility though...

It should be more vanilla, i was making a cross between Birds of Paradise and Llanowar Elves, it came out as a weird litle guy
