This card costs way too mana to be useful. I also don't see any reason as to why it couldn't be mono-.

wow, this is perhaps a better Damnation seems almost TOO good, but it is a really cool card, and i think it would be a little less game breaking if you put it to 5 or 6 mana

This is a bizarre card, especially the wording. What about:
UEOT, each player gains "
: Destroy target creature."
Or just "Destroy all creatures, tap all lands"
what is bizarre about it? Not a normal design, but i wouldn't call it unrealistic, i thought it creative

@Vitenka That would be greatly more powerful if you cast it when you want, it's much more unbiased this way
There's no explicit reason a player can't gain abilities, and it would be a lot simpler to understand than your current wording.
