I adjusted the wording to deal with whether the exiled card is in a public or private zone, like Pull from Eternity, and to ensure that if Pandorica is face-down (from Parallel Thoughts, say), you follow the card text.

Ugh, this took a while to get right. The triggered ability used to trigger at end of turn; now at upkeep. I added the reveal clause as per my previous comment.

The activated ability used to have a cost and cast an exiled card for free. To balance it, I reduced the cost and got rid of it being free. In this latest iteration, I made it "free" by requiring you to pay its CMC. This made it more fair and also fixed the rules issues of targeting a face-down card.

Sadly "target exiled spell" doesn't work, as they're not spells except when they're on the stack. It might need to be "target face-up nonland exiled card with CMC X", which is quite a mouthful.
