Sheik teaches songs, which grant abilities. Zelda can be kidnapped; but never gets hurt.
And I like the idea of multiple zelda incarnations - all of whom have to be produced by different "I pretend to be.." or "I need rescuing". Don't forget Tetra the priate who totally isn't blatantly obviously zelda, honest.
I also quite like the idea of them transforming back any time you gain or lose the tri-force; but that's a bit overly specific. Thus - any artifact will do.
I had thought about making Sheik take a bit more effort to transform; but I think it's OK as it is. It's kinda phasing. Could give 'him' ninjitsu, I guess?

That is an overly generic and uninspiring card. Nothing outside the cardnames actually would indicate the characters. Maybe the creature types, but princess is certainly a weirdly gendered version.
