You call that a shark? This is a shark: Sky Shark.

JK, I like it, though it seems a little too powerful for blue. Blue gets the worst creatures, so maybe cost it as {1}{u}{u}.

I ahd it as {u}{u} for 2 reasons:
1) it is much more restrictive than {1}{u} or even {2}{u}
2)It was envisionaged for a set that was a bit more violent than normal, hence the need for something like this to 'keep up' with the other colours.

Hm. Blue gets UU 2/2 (eg. guidmages, which also have an upside) but so far only at uncommon/rare. Since blue gets decent flying creatures, and CD gets common 2/2 at least sometimes, my instinct is that this would be a push, but not completely out of line.

2/2 Flying is the default Skyshark, they have been specifically bred to be dangerous but controllable. Wild Skysharks can grow bigger and nastier.
Skyshark Wrangling used to be a very dangerous business until we hit upon the idea of using Goblins. They're cheap, none too bright (they don't seem to get that they should be araid of the skysharks), and there are lots of them.
Mind you, nowadays the skysharks tend to develop a taste for goblin, especially around feeding time...:-)
