Inspired by Demonic Tutor
Even for a riff on a card as iconic as DT, I don't think this should be mythic. Especially when it's a pretty bad riff on it. (Diabolic Tutor is an oft-reprinted uncommon, and this is only saving 1 mana and being a bit faster, at the cost of more intense colour, leaking information, and only having access to the card for one turn!)
"Impulsive Tutor" is a fairly common design.
