I'm not sure if this wants to be {g}{w}, {w}{u}, {g}{u}, {g/w}{u} or any other combo. Decisions decisions.

Green and White each have their own way to deal/interact with Artifacts and /or Enchantments and blue is the colour of shifting forms (Clones, Shapeshifters, Doppelgangers, etc) so it is a tough one to cost correctly.
