Blue, Black and Red are the three colours that let you steal the top card of your opponents library. Based off Villainous Wealth/Praetor's Grasp and blue draw x cards.

For XUBR Sorcery lets you mill opponents top x face down and play them. Also gives you X mana of any combination of colours to feel more red.
