Go for the Throat/Ultimate Price variant that doesn't hit enchanted/enchantment creatures instead. Is a sorcery both for power reason and stop you killing a creature in response to its owner enchanting it.

I appreciate that "Destroy target nonenchantment creature." would be Rend Flesh-levels of good (i. e. {2}{b} for an instant) and adding a "nonenchanted" adds a restriction to make the two-mana cost more appropriate.

This misses a "target" though. Also two things about the prefix "non-"

  1. The hyphen only exists if the next part of the word is capitalized (i. e. a subtype) e. g. it is "non-Goblin", but "nonlegenendary", "nonartifact", "nonblack", and - finally - "nonenchantment".
  2. It seems characteristics (color, card types etc. everything a Clone would copy) use the prefix "non-" while states use "un-" e. g. "untapped", "unflipped". For enchanted "unenchanted" would sound more natural and consistent with other cards - though we know in this case from precedent that they instead use "creature that isn't enchanted" (Brainspoil) to be consistent with the reverse wording (and these words describe the relation between multiple cards rather than a single card's state).

Yes, I could definitely see a set that would like this.

Added the worded target. Forgot to add it.

Changed wording from "Destroy target non-enchantment non-enchanted creature" to "Destroy target nonenchantment creature that isn't enchanted" as per SecretInfiltrator's advice.
