I did actually design it with any in mind, so it can be played two ways: as a centerpiece of a deck built around it (or some special artifact based deck) and as a sideboard card against a deck that, if I'm being honest, probably doesn't currently exist.

I'm not all that sure about this card. Is that reminder text even correct?

It's certainly neat, but I think it definitely needs to cost at least 1 mana to use.
