Wow, that's powerful. Should be rare, I suspect. I like it though.

Interesting way to encourage people to play their creatures in first main phase, knowing this is in the format!

I'll bump it up to rare them. I'm unsure how powerful it is since if your opponent plays lands and spells pre-combat its just a four mana fog. And it won't gain you significant tempo since it costs you four mana. While it can do powerful things I don't think it usually will. (Moonhold exists.)
