It's possible this'll just confuse people by people thinking this reads "Counter target instant, sorcery or enchantment spell". I wonder if it should say that instead... on the other hand, that's more monoblue than , so this way is better if you just want gold cards.

Another alternative, possibly more suited to uncommon than common: "Choose one or both", like Fissure Vent or Soul Manipulation.

Changed from 'choose one' to 'choose one or both', considered adding enchantment to what this card can counter.
