I like this guy but I'm torn of whether he should be uncommon. I mean with initiative, this is a 2/2 flyer with prowess which is pretty much what Stormchaser Mage is and he's uncommon. Then again without initiative, he's a vanilla 2/2.

Maybe give him one of the abilities and then the other when with initiative, and then make it uncommon.

Additionally, I don't understand the name. How is he gullible? What did he fall for? And how does the flavour text matchup to what I presume would be a hardheaded otter getting tricked?
