Or Aura with (((Enchanted creature can't attack or block + EC has has no abilities))).

Changed cost from 3 to 4, made it a sorcery and let it tuck any permanent instead of just creatures. Now an uncommon.

Raised cost to five.

IMO Temporal Spring cost {1} too little so I would make this {2}{w}{u} - plus it makes sense with Temporal Eddy even though it's perhaps too low powered. Also, I think temporal spring was {g} because {g} has (or had) a niche theme of tucking lands which was last seen in Kamigawa with Uproot and Rootrunner.

Except this puts the card on the bottom of their library, making it effective "shuffle target permanent into its owners library".

Which makes this basically a better Vindicate instead of bounce+skipping a draw step. At four mana I'd be worried about undercutting Blue-Whites weaknesses, but at five it feels safe.

I also don't want a four mana land destruction spell in a pro multi-colour limited environment.

Using Spin into Myth, a colour pie bleed as president, I am considering making this an instant.
