In theory, white doesn't get unconditional creature exile (though this isn't always true in practice). I like the alternate cost, though. Would you consider limiting this to tapped creatures? That would absolve some of my reservations.

Hmm. That'd definitely match the power level set by Exoricate (http://magiccards.info/bng/en/10.html)... Sure! Sounds good to me.
